Nationwide's Security and Infrastructure organization is led by Chief Technology and Information Security Officer Todd Lukens. The team is structured by department and capability, with dedicated focus areas that include Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Security Operations Center, Compliance, and Governance and Risk Management.

We follow industry-leading frameworks, including NIST, in addition to maintaining always-on monitoring to protect systems and data 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our cybersecurity investments are driven by real technological risks, not trends. That focus reduces disruption, prevents costly incidents, and protects our shared reputation.
